Our Team

Mathnasium Al Reem, has an experienced team of teachers well-trained to give the students personalised structured lessons based on the Mathnasium curriculum that teaches from the ground up, from core concepts to more complex ones. We make sure that the students are given equal amounts of encouragement and challenge to help get better in Math. The parents can also be sure to be updated of their child's progress on a regular basis. Come meet our team! 

Sarah Imam, Center Director

Sarah is the Center Director at Mathnasium in Al Reem, Abu Dhabi. She is a Business Adminstration Graduate and once a teacher herself. She states, "I never thought Math could be fun for children up until I joined Mathnasium. The innovative and fun teaching methods truly build confidence in students and it is remarkable how they are always happy to attend classes." Sarah is passionate about working with children and is excited to witness more students benefit from learning Math in a way that makes sense to them. She enjoys exploring new places, going to the beach, yoga, listening to music and reading. 

Janly Dime, Instructor

Janly is the Math Instructor at Mathnasium in Al Reem, Abu Dhabi. He is from Philippines and studied at Surigao del Sur State University attaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. He loves the fact that each student in Mathnasium has a customised learning plan and that the Math topics are easy structured logically. He enjoys teaching Math especially when students get to easily understand topics in a way that makes sense to them. During his spare time he enjoys playing online games. 

Nour Alabsi, Instructor

Originally from Jordan, Nour graduated from Abu Dhabi University with a degree in Chemical Engineering.  Mathematics fascinated her from a very early age.  She loves being an instructor at Mathnasium because it makes math a fun subject for students to learn with a very organized and effective learning plan, all taught in a highly interactive and conceptual manner.  She finds the fact that Math helps strengthen reasoning skills and critical thinking absolutely incredible. The same steps you take to understand a problem, identify the knowns and unknowns and then solve it, can be applied to all areas of life and this is a very important life skill.  In her free time, Nour enjoys painting , filming & editing.

Oliva Escoto, Instructor

Oliva graduated from the University of the Assumption (Philippines) with a major in Mathematics.  She loves being a teacher and Teaching students how to learn math in a simple and effective way, and be able to apply it in their real life.  The tailored learning plans, the material used for teaching (very logical, from easy to difficult level) and Teamwork at Mathnasium help her tremendously.  Oliva enjoys reading, watching online math content, following current events regarding health and politics, and cooking.
