Our Team

Mathnasium Al Barsha, has an experienced team of teachers well-trained to give the students personalised structured lessons based on the Mathnasium curriculum that teaches from the ground up, from core concepts to more complex ones. We make sure that the students are given equal amounts of encouragement and challenge to help get better in Math. The parents can also be sure to be updated of their child's progress on a regular basis. Come meet our team! 

Muhieddine Al-Masri, Center Director

Muhieddine is the Center Director at Mathnasium of Al Barsha. He hails from Lebanon and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering at Beirut Arab University. He describes Mathnasium as a place that changes students’ lives as it’s very heart-warming when you see a student regaining his self-confidence in solving Math and projecting this progress in excellent grades. He started his journey in Mathnasium as a Math instructor, and progressed to becoming the Centre Director, where he applied his passion for teaching and math to every task he worked on. In his spare time, he likes to volunteer as a social worker in public events to serve the community and to play football with friends.

Joan David, Admin

Joan David is the administrator at Mathnasium of Al Barsha. She moved to Dubai after finishing her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at La Concolacion College in Manilla, Philippines. She enjoys working in Mathnasium as she finds as her working environment very friendly. Being an administrator, she is constantly communicating with parents and students which she enjoys very much as it helps her understand the differences the nuances. During her spare time, she likes to fish with her family.

Ali Awad, Instructor

Ali is a Math Instructor at Mathnasium Al Barsha. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Near East University in north Cyprus. He enjoys working in Mathnasium because it is the place where we can help others achieve their mental skills and help them fall in love with Math. To him, Mathematics helps challenge the mind and it has the power to solve real life problems. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, swimming and working out in the gym.

Sarah Bibi, Instructor

Sarah is the Math Instructor at Mathnasium, Al Barsha. She was born in Beirut, Lebanon. She graduated from the School of Civil Enginnering at Beirut Arab University. Sarah has always been enthusiastic about helping others to develop their understanding in Mathematics as she started her journey in teaching when she was still in high school. She finds working at Mathnasium joyful as she likes to see kids motivated to succeed and to boost their self-confidence in Math. Sara spends most of her free time in reading, cooking and swimming.
